Old Fred is confronted by his middle aged and younger self as he reflects on his life... the incredible highs of winning multiple championships, the camaraderie of his coaching mates, memories of all the young men and women he helped through track and field and the biggest regret that haunts him. As he comes to grips with the fact that death is emanate, Old Fred reasons with his younger selves, his wife and his coaching mates to try to find redemption, reconciliation and relief. The only problem is he cannot make any of that happen. He is totally at the mercy of the offended. And so Old Fred's mind races his emotions to bring his regret to a conclusion before he physically expires. The coach now is the athlete on an emotional and psychological track. Run.
